It was the last week of March 2020 and the start of Spring in England. It was also the start of lock down due to COVID19. It was the last week of June 2020 and the start of Summer in England. The temperature had reached an all time high for the last week of June and there was a need for a trip to the Seaside for the cool breeze and a dip in the sea. You have purchased that lovely summer dress and can only look out the window and dream of where you want to go.

The sky is blue and the plants are green and you have seen this for the last three months. If the seaside is to far a place to go you have to make alternative arrangements. The sun is shining and you have the correct outfit to capture the sunshine on your skin.

The parks and the wonderful green grass will do for the yellow sands beside the seaside. I travelled from Bruce Castle Park, to Alexandra Palace, to Finsbury Park, to Lordship Recreation Ground and finally Clissold Park. With the sun shining bright this was a day for taking pictures.

With some restrictions being lifted it was a time to meet up with people that you could only see via social media. The time that you had to meet made you appreciate meeting people face to face.

The gyms have being closed for a long time so the open space allowed you to stretch and to get your essential vitamin D.
After looking at four walls, a floor and a ceiling for such a long time, the sky above and the ground below seems like heaven.

You may not have come to the park to meet other people but the experience of being around other people is a good experience.
If you want to meditate alone you can do that in the park.

Catching up on that tan that you missed out on is also ok.

Home is a nice place. You can never deny that. But if you have to look from your window for three months at the big open space then you will know where I am coming from. I have a car park to unwind.
It is a good time to reflect because you do not know what your future prospects are in terms of employment and travel.
Your body is beautiful and the sun is shining and that bikini needs to be seen before summer ends.

Do not forget the lovely birds which missed your presence in the parks.

The children missed their activities.

It has been a long journey. Well done to those of you who have made it. Thank you to those of you who have assisted those who required help.

As you travel through the parks it will remind you that the Museums are closed. This is the best view you are going to get to look at for the sculptor of the Three Graces.

As you look out across London you will appreciate that London is a wonderful place and the summer time greenery makes London look quite colourful. There is no seaside but summer in the city is alright once you have entered the park.
