Keep F Calm, Fry Chicken K
KFC stores did not have any chicken: FCK was their response to their customers.
It was a Tuesday afternoon and the National News was going out across the airways in England. Most of the KFC stores had to close because they did not receive their delivery of chicken. National News Papers were reporting that £10 KFC chicken buckets were being purchased for £100 by customers desperate for KFC chicken.
I am a lover of chicken. If you cannot get chicken cooked a certain way try something different until the situation changes. If the situation occurs again (it might) prepare yourself the following chicken meal.
Add some rice to a rice cooker and salt according to your taste. Let it get on with the cooking of the rice.
Put a frying pan on the fire and add some oil when warm. Fry an onion, pepper and garlic in the hot oil. Add the tomatoes and season according to your taste. Add stock thickened with corn flour.
Bring to the boil and leave to simmer. Add a tin off Black Eye Beans to the frying pan.
Purchase some chicken. The raw chickens shown only cost £3.15 at the supermarket.
Lightly coat the chickens’ pieces with oil and place the drumsticks in an Air Fryer. Follow the instructions given on the Air Fryer for cooking chicken. Season the thighs with salt and pepper and cook in the Air Fryer after the drumsticks are ready.
Wash a broccoli, baby corn and mangetout and cook in a steamer.
If the drumsticks are cooked remove from the Air Fryer and add the thighs.
Check the thighs and remove from Air Fryer when cooked.
Get a plate and prepare yourself a meal. The potato is left-overs!
Enjoy 🙂
